1 Introduction

Spinning technology, also known as metal spin forming technology, is formed by rotating the force point from point to line from line to surface, while giving a certain pressure in a certain direction to deform and flow the metal material along this direction. The technology of a certain shape. Here, the metal material must have plastic deformation or flow properties, and the spin forming is not equivalent to plastic deformation. It is a complicated process of plastic deformation and flow deformation. It is particularly pointed out that the spinning forming technique is not a single strong force. Spinning and ordinary spinning, it is a combination of the two.

Spinning is to fix the flat plate or hollow blank on the mold of the spinning machine. While rotating the spindle of the random bed, press the blank with a rotating wheel or a rod to make local plastic deformation. Under the action of the feeding motion of the rotary wheel and the rotary motion of the blank, the local plastic deformation is gradually extended to the entire surface of the blank, and is closely attached to the mold to complete the spinning process of the part.

The advantage of the spinning pulley compared with the cast iron pulley is that it is made by the spinning process (no chip processing), the structure is light, the material is saved, and the moment of inertia is small, which is a new product of material saving and energy saving. High production efficiency (2 to 4 pieces per minute), good balance performance, generally no need for balance treatment. Since the material flow line is not cut, the surface is produced by cold work hardening, the tissue density is increased, the strength and hardness of the groove surface are improved, and the dimensional accuracy is high, the slip of the V-belt and the wheel groove is small, and the belt has a long service life.

2 Process control requirements

This paper introduces the multi-function spinning machine for producing and processing various types of automobile pulleys, and processing different types of automobile pulleys by adjusting the process flow in the touch screen and changing the operating parameters of the equipment. A automatic mode:

(1) When the mode switch is set to “Auto”, the device switches to the automatic mode. At this time, the automatic mode parameter can be configured through the touch screen.
(2) After entering the automatic mode, start it by the “Start” button on the control panel. Each time you press the “Start” button, the device will follow the preset steps.
(3) When an emergency situation requires parking, press the “Stop” button to terminate all current actions.
(4) The device has three states, running state, standby state, and fault state. When the device is in operation, The indicator light is on; when the device is in standby mode, The indicator light is on; when the device is in a fault state, The indicator lights up.

B manual mode:

When the mode switch is set to “Manu”, the device works in manual mode. At this time, the feed/retraction action of the master cylinder, 1# cylinder, 2# cylinder, 3# cylinder, 4# cylinder, and ejection cylinder can be controlled separately through the feed/retract button of the control panel.
